Newborn sleep & feeding Support

(0 – 4 months)

Includes:

• initial intake (log review, form review, in-person intake session)
• individualized plan/report
• 2 hours of follow up support 
• newborn support includes help with sleep, feeding, and parental adjustment and is very much a no-cry support method.

Baby & toddler sleep and feeding Support

(4 months – 4 years)

For babies or toddlers who are needing significant help falling asleep, staying asleep, getting ENOUGH sleep, and enjoying sleep.

For parents and caregivers who are exhausted and need a plan that doesn’t involve cry-it-out but DOES work to bring back quiet night hours and more time for yourselves.

Includes:

• initial intake (log review, form review, thorough in-person/zoom intake session)
• individualized plan / report – co-created with parents and e-mailed in PDF format following initial intake
• daily text/phone call support for first week
• continuous text/call/e-mail support as needed for 1 month
• baby & toddler support includes help with sleep, feeding (milk and solids), and parenting support

$600 CAD

Fine tuning and bed transition support

(1 – 4 years and beyond!)

For older babies and toddlers who are able to fall asleep independently and are not dependent on breast/chest feeding / bottling / rocking to sleep. This plan is for bed sharing families who want to transition their child to their own bed/crib, or for toddlers who are going through a transitional period (new baby, new daycare, new house, developmental leap)  and need a bit more support to bring back healthy sleep skills

Includes:

• initial intake (log review, form review, thorough in-person/zoom intake session)
• individualized plan / report – co-created with parents and e-mailed in PDF format following initial intake
• resources and recommendations specific to your individual needs
• Daily support for first 4 days and then up to 2 additional support e-mails or phone calls.

$300 CAD

For phone, zoom, in-person, or e-mail support that is NOT a part of a package, prices are $120 / hour

A note on payments

1. OT services are covered by a number of extended health benefits. Please contact your EHB provider to confirm. If you have coverage for OT I will provide a health practitioner registration number on your receipt which can be submitted for reimbursement
2. Fees are accepted by e-transfer only and must be paid prior to initial consultation
